What is a good TV show for a 15 year old girl?

I don't really like the ditzy teen shows that seem to be everywhere, but I kind of want to start watching a new show. It doesn't have to be on air or anything, it can even be old. I like to rent seasons and watch them in order. I'm open to lots of different things. So, any ideas? Anything attention grabbing, addictive, and good? Thanks!
