Woman applied for the divorce, but husband doesnt want to divorce?

i am from Kazakhstan my husband from Egypt, he has other wife and kids. He support them but for me nothing, i work and support our son by my self. Finally i got tired and i applied for divorce. He does not want to divorce and he lies as much as he can and he wants me to pay him 150000 aed that he used me for 6 years, is it right, is this islam law how to treat woman?
