Can I give my 3 month old puppy my dinner?

Tonight I gave my new pup some filet and ravioli (not a lot). She was whining so much, and watching my fork, I started feeling bad. Is it wrong that I gave her a couple of small bites of filet mignon and one whole grain ravioli?
