Inheritance tax - need any and all info?

I would contact a lawyer, and see about a "Living Trust" for the persons that own the property right now, and then the same for you. If the property isn't in a Trust, the property could go into "Probate", which means it's subject to all kinds of taxes payments to the county etc. Look up "Living Trust" in wikipedia
