I have had fantasies about a 16-year-old girl. I would never pursue her because I feel it's inappropriate...?

...but I can't stop flirting with her or thinking about her. My wife is only 2 years older than her, so it's not way out of line. My wife knows about all this and is okay with it as long as I don't go through with my flirtations and fantasies. Any advice?
