I'm drinking alfalfa,carrot, lettuce juice, 2x a day, about six to eight carrots a day, 2-3 cups of alfalfa, 2-3 cups of lettuce blended. Apple cider vinager 2 teaspoons 2x a day, biotin-5,000 mg, 1/2 of multivitamin, 25mg of multi b-vitamins, fish oil, dha, probiotics,lechithin. I eat a well balanced diet most days a week and drink that juice most days.
