Can my 18 year old friend take me to get a piercing ?

Hate to say this, but no you can't, unless of course you go to a stupid piercer whom you can fool into thinking your friend is your parent. I would just reccomend waiting til you are 18. Cuz a piercer you can fool most likely doesn't follow procedures and you might end up with a messed up piercing.
