Which kind of nightmare terrifies you the most?

Ive a terrible fear of spiders, so any dream with them is bad! but i think about them for a while before i go to sleep to get them out of my subconscious (it actually works!) now i have a recurring one that a man is breaking into my apartment! aaaaaaargh!
