Whats size cam should i get?

I have a 79 Malibu with a 383 stroker and a 350 transmission in it. Right now it has a mild cam in it but i want a little more rumble. I was just wondering what is the biggest cam i can get without having to touch the heads(rockers, springs, rod, ETC...) I'm OK with changing the lifters also i would perfer to get the cam an lifters as a kit.
