What should I do if I just got into a car accident and...?

...didn't take the license plate. I only have a phone number, name, and town they live in. My taillight is broken. My back and neck hurts slightly. She claims that her father would fix the car but refuses to pick up the fone. Should I call the cops? I also have a witness to the accident.
