Need a character name for the "bad guy" in my story?

So far I've been calling him Lucius since that name seems to fit him, but since its from Harry Potter I don't want to use it. He's eighteen with pale blonde hair, pale skin, and strange yellow eyes. He has been neglected as a child and when he was given the chance to prove himself in the world seized it, corrupting and using a young girl to his and her father's own power-hungry ways. He has remorse deep inside him but rarely acts upon it. The novel is set in another world but similar to medieval-like times. (similar to Tamora Pierce)
