My 12 month old has the chicken pox from a reaction to the chicken pox shot?

So about 2 weeks ago we went in for her 12 month shots and she got the chicken pox shot... Wasn't really sure I wanted to give it to her but then eventually gave in before we went to the doctors and said I wanted it done (just because I remember how painful it was when I had them and was hoping I could prevent that)... Well low and behold, the shot made her get the chickenpox all over... Though (so far) it isn't as bad as I had them shes still really uncomfortable :-( Any thing that I can do for her to make her feel better? The drs office does not want me to bring her in because everyone else in the office could get the chicken pox too...
