I got a new puppy, how can I get him to get along with my other dogs?

Well we got a five month old male beagle puppy. We have a 7yr. old Shu-poo, he gets along with the puppy. We have a 4 yr. old male Beagle. He got really hyper about seeing the puppy, but then he snipped at the puppy. We took them for walks to calm their energy down. How do we get both beagles to get along?
