Can I use my AMEX rewards for the $125 annual fee?

No and anyone paying a 125 fee just so their card can fall out at Walmart so people think they are rich is very foolish indeed. People that have a little money in the bank are people who would never think of paying a 125 dollar annual fee for credit!
